Moving to Jersey, Channel Islands

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone moved from the UK to Jersey Channel Islands after being diagnosed with Inflammatory Arthritis?

For context I'm moving in March and have recently been prescribed the Metoject pens, and am wondering how people have found navigating the medical system and moving from the NHS system into the Jersey one?
