Physiotherapy wow

Gosh this being self disciplined with physio really does work. I can feel my body getting stronger every day, in small ways. Noticing small parts of muscles moving that didn't move a few days ago.
Hip replacement recovery is what I like to call a slow burn, including what I was told, pacing, patience and perseverance.
So happy that I'm taking less pain killers compared to when I first came out of hospital on 17/5/25.
Really looking forward to the six week mark when risk of dislocation decreases significantly.
Happy I can now walk better with two crutches, looking forward to using one.
