I have a replacement knee. Which was fantastic till I had a stroke three years ago. Now I have weakness on my left side so the replacement knee isn't working as it was. Also I am unable to have anti inflammatory drugs due to stroke drug being a blood thinner.
I am in chronic pain. My hands and wrists are really painful.

Good morning @192865DC welcome to the online community it's lovey to have you here.
Not so lovely to hear you've had a stroke and as a result are unable to take anti-inflammatories which can really help a lot of people who have arthritis. You are not alone here there are several people who are in a similar position for various reasons. I am presuming you have consulted your Dr for alternative pain relief options?
You may already know all of this, but I'm just going to attach a link about hand/wrist pain which might be useful:
Do please take a look around the forum and join in any thread you find of interest.
My best wishes
Ellen.
