I have just joined this site 😍😍😍

I have struggled with oesteoarthiritus for over 10 years, starting in my right knee t then I’m sure it’s in my other knee, my fingers and wrist.

I keep getting a pain in my right hip which I am going to go to my gp soon about.

I started using termaric oil recently and find it helps ease the stiffness in my fingers.

This is the 1st time iv had a lot of stiffness in my joints in warmer weather too

Hi 'sorry for your pain! I also have Osteoarthritis in my knees, back, shoulders and neck. Today feels like torture! Every Joint and. Muscle is so painful!

Anyway I hope you are not too bad & that they quickly develop a painkiller that works!
