Does pain relief make any real difference
As luck would have it since July last year, about a year ago, I was able to come off pain killers and travel my normal route, without much risk of a flare up or anything more significant than a twinge or two in whatever joint fancied complaining about it.
More recently the aches and tiredness has been a bit more troublesome than usual, like aching late at night and all day if it wanted to, or whatever, along with the associated swearing and cursing, and in the end there was a mild cold virus as well so I decided whatever, I'v had enough of that, lets to go back on my normal dose.
Sure enough, away goes the pain, and it wasn't much to write home about as I can't say having a pain that feels like having a cold bothers me that much anyway.
But here is the thing I forgot about, I noticed when I went to lie down for a rest instead of conking out and going to sleep whacked out, it was finally more relaxed and I was able to have a bit of a stretch instead. wasn't expecting anything quite so radical.
