Just had my PIP reassessment form

Thought these would get easier but finding it hard to fill in. Why? Because I no longer am under any medical help or Physiotherapy. I have had two knee replacements and still trying to get fitter with active health sessions and more walking. I still work part time in a busy school kitchen. I have arthritis in all my joints and have really no strength in my wrists. I am a stubborn lady who likes to crack on even though I’m drained after exercise, sleep is difficult at times and find I still need to motivate myself each day, and I am 61, so still young in some ways. So when the PIP asks for evidence what can I do? No longer with physio - they signed me off and encouraged me to join active health sessions and or gym.(gyms aren’t really me, feel intimidated by them!) I haven’t seen the consultant since he said looks good and passed me to the physio. Haven’t been to the doctors because they are as much help as a bar of chocolate in the sun. As I have lactose intolerance big time, and what do all painkillers have in them - lactose.

Any suggestions?

Good luck with the PIP. I think this is probably a very common problem, when health conditions stay static and therefore there is no continuing care, especially in an overstretched health system like the NHS.
