Hi, my name is Wendy. I am keen to speak to others who are experiencing arthritis and how they cope with this debilitating condition. I have osteoarthritis in my hips and knees, worst in one of my hips. I am considering injections as the naproxen and Co-Codamol I take don't help much. I wondered if anyone has had the cortisone injections, hydraulic acid injections or prp injections and if they helped? Also if anyone has tried the flexiseq gel, if it is worth trying.
