    Hi Joy,

You could be having night fevers which we get with RA especially if it's not controlled properly yet.

............or you could just be hot stuff

The time I go to be is dependant on how I feel. The first part of this year I was in bed with a hot water bottle by around 7.30-8.00 watching tv usually. As the weather improved I felt a bit better so have been going to bed later but often have a doze in the afternoons. But the last couple of weeks I have had alot of pain again so I have been trying to go to bed earlier but I have a 15 year old son who keeps trying to push his due in time!!

What ever the time you go to bed you just have to do it if its the best thing for you.

    Hi Joy,

It is horrible, I agree, I get hot flushes with the menopause which wake me up at the moment. I've also had the RA night fevers which do last longer than a hot flush. I don't think we can stop them unless paracetamol help as in temperature control - I just think as you arthritis comes under control the night fevers disappear.

Sorry I can't be more help than that maybe others can.
