thinking of writeing them a letter, and ask them to come over from England ( since they dont have anybody to repair it in Northern Ireland ) and check out the battery for me or if they wont do that replace the battery then.

Hi Mike
So very pleased for Hazel that she is finally going to get the help she needs. She and you must feel so releived.
Not so good about the scooter though - can't remember - did you check your rights out with cab?
Well you all take care for now
Love

Hi Mike
Glad to hear the Hazel is being looked after by her rheumy. I do hope you get the help you need very soon. You are being extremely patient.
Hope you get your scooter sorted soon. You obviously cannot travel too far at the moment. It seems stupid to me that this English firm do not have a rep in Ireland to sort out the problem for you.
Chin up,
Luv

I got the scooter around Steptember 2008, as the guarantree is up in Steptember 2009 , I am going to get them to check it before the guarantree runs out .. all I need now is this postal strike . it never just rains , it pours for me

hi mike, hazel and mike jnr
great that all went well with hazels rheummy, i hope i get same one when i finally get appointment, was hazels, rheummy in whiteabbey? thats where ive been referred to
all the best.. karen0 -
Hi Mike
You are so supportive and caring for your family,
I admire you a lot, hope you can get better help
soon for yourself.
I have a scooter too and can do quite a few miles
on an overnight battery charge so something sounds
wrong with yours.
I would definitely be writing a strong letter to the
manufacturers or the supplier or the repairer, in fact
a copy to all three might just do the trick as you
dont seem to have had the scooter very long and to
me it seems faulty. Threaten then with Trading Standards - be
polite but get your complatint over to them and you should get some action.
Hope it works out for you.
