Hi Karen, So sorry you had to be rushed back into hospital, your Tony sounds like a lovely hubby! bless him!
You need a towel down by your side to stop damp stains off wound! Well enjoy the bed rest! Take care and hope you get better soon. Amanda, bubbadog. xx

My hubby was going to buy the medical towels but they are so expensive so I told him to go to a pet shop and buy some training pads for dogs. They've been a god send.
District nurse came in today, but she had not been told for what so hse could not change my dressing, she's coming back tomorrow. But already there is an improvement.

I am pleased to hear that you have seen an improvement in matters - hopefully not as much leakage! Keep resting, things are still not right, yes? You need to be careful and cautious, you - and, come to that, us - don't need any more setbacks. We do fret about people on here when things are not going well for them. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

morning karen
dropped in to see how things are going. Glad that the scar is now starting to dry up a little. Ii was good that you had a change of scenery for a couple of hours....bed rest is hard work.
Take care, and I hope the nurse knows what to do today. Sometimes I think our OH do a much better job.

Morning constable. Good that you've got downstairs and seem to have turned a bit of a corner despite the leaks. Please keep resting and look after yourself. No more scares. If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
