Good luck to Tony (tjt6768)

Tony is going into hospital today ( 11th ) to have his arthroscopy operation on both knees. I hope that he might see this before he goes, and I know that lots of his friends on here will be in his pocket to make sure that everything goes well for him.

Good luck, Tony, I will be thinking about you and hoping that the operation is a success.

    Many thanks Joan, ladies.. Very appreciated indeed.. I'm just having a cuppa and a bacon sarnie.. Starve from six, afternoon surgery.

    I'm rather tired after a very rough night.


    I will post from the ward if I am able/permitted as I'm staying overnight.

    Thanks once again.. I'm off to stuff my face n go back to sleep for a couple of hours if I can....

    Sorry everyone, I didn't notice this post until now. I've had texts from Tony today, before and after the op. He's resting now and the op went well. I've told him to stop texting and rest :D

    He also sent me a photo of his bandaged up knees. Thanks for that, Tony!!

    sorry, can't read back, signal is bad n I'll probably get shot for using the phone...
    So, a very quick hello from the hospital bed. Surgery went well, my cartaledge on both knees was like 'sandpaper'... Lol
    I knew they both hurt the same.

    Right..... Will have a proper look tomorrow..... Morphine taken earlier is wearing off, just had my usual meds but think I'll be asking for something extra soon if the knees get any worse pain wise..
