    Sorry Fols, we're clean out of sprite so it has to be neat Vodka ....helps with pain I believe and if not you don't care if it hurts after the second shot. :shock:

    ..........and a single malt, I fancy a Pimms myself ....................so down the hatch girls we deserve it after exercising!!
