    Sounds like a good workplace and its nice that they have noticed that your struggling and are helping out :D
    loovechocolate , yes like you and Julia we are managing very well I think :D , I would rather be slower with my recovery and be on no painkillers than still be taking loads , my physio was very happy with my progress :D xx

    well i was doing 4hrs each day as directed by my GP, but i found this a little too much by day 3, so i spoke with our Occ Health people and here is my revised regime;

    next week - 10-2 mon weds fri
    week 3 to work 10-3 mon weds fri
    week 4 to work 10-3 for 4 days
    week 5 to work 9-4 for 4 days
    week 5 to work normal hours

    that will ease me back in nicely and hopefully i will be able to cope with the tiredness and still fit in some exercise time!

    That sounds much better Julia. And you do need the time and energy for your exercise; that's really important. And if it still doesn't work, let them know; everyone recovers at different rates and your health comes first.
