And I don't know why!!

The old RA is under control, but this morning I woke with a really heavy feeling of sadness, now Why? It's been quite some time since I felt like this, the worse thing is, I can't find a reason for it and I feel so alone. I have people that are on the end of the phone, but how can I tell them how I feel if I can't say why. There are things I ought to be doing but I can't be bothered, even giving myself a good talking to hasn't worked.
Oh bl***dy heck why can't I snap out of it.

I don't know why, Numps, but I guess that all of us are Tiggers one day and Eeyores the next. Sometimes it's obvious why and sometimes not.

I often find a really good day, or days, can be followed by one in which I feel sorry for myself for no obvious reason - and feel bad about that because I should be grateful for the good days

Sometimes there are reasons which we haven't acknowledged even to ourselves.

Sometimes I suspect that, just as we can wake up aching because we've 'slept funny', so we can wake up whingy because we've maybe 'dreamed funny' (but can't remember the dream).

    My own solutions are:

    1. Tell a friend (You have done - us :) )
    2. Distract oneself with lots of physical stuff (joints permitting)
    3. Stick on some Chopin and let him caress the frazzled nerves.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Don't try and figure it out Numpty. The more you try, the worse you will feel. You are having a c***p day. Ring a friend and just tell them you feel low and just have a chat with them. One thing I have learnt is to try and work out why you feel things is just not a good idea.

Lets hope tomorrow you will wake up and you will feel more yourself.

Thank you both, maybe that's where I've gone wrong, trying to analize what's happening, I seem to be going round in circles!! roll on bed time.

    Hello Numpty

I think there are times when we all think too much. Sometimes it is better to just be.

I hope you have a good night and wake up to a better day.

Sometimes I have a day like that - for no reason I know.

I can count my blessings and there are many, but still feel despairing.

Usually I wake up ok the next day - I really hope you feel better tomorrow Numps. Please do let us know.

If It carried on I would suggest taking advice, but am sure it won't.

    love and a ((()))

Thank you every one for your thoughts.

I woke up this morning with a really bad temper for what ever reason! I think yesterday was because I didn't hear from my man, it's all very new but having contact every day and then 24hrs with none was a bit disconcerting, he's out of the country though and wont be back till mid week.
How bluddy stupid, acting like a teenager at my age...tsk that must have been the problem because when he contacted me a couple of hours ago the bad temper just vanished!!!
