I start this next week. The leaflet I got was vague and googling hasn't helped much.

You'll most likely start on what's called a loading dose for the first month that you take this drug (i.e. two injections every two weeks) before reducing to a maintenance dose (one injection every two weeks). To begin with it will probably be administered by a rheumatology nurse who can show you how to inject yourself if you feel comfortable to do so.
