Why can't I download a pic for my profile? It wont even let me change the avatar, there was advice here somewhere but I can't seem to find the thread...any ideas gratefully received 😕

    I have tried following the above instructions but all I get is change avatar, it doesn't open a link to my documents.

    Any ideas please?

    @rondetto here are some pictures for you

    Firstly hover over your avatar until the change picture comes up. Click on change picture

    next you will get this screen

    choosefile.jpg

    So now when you click on choose file it will take you to files in your computer. Choose an image and either double click it or click once and then open. This then adds the file to the folder. Then click save avatar

    I have followed your instructions to the letter and still won't let me go to choose a file. I am moderator on other sites so I know what I am doing but this isn't working for me as yet.
