Hi everyone I am 58 years old and have hip dysplasia with bad arthritis. Always trying to find things that help with the pain and the added support will be fantastic x

Welcome to our online community. I see you have bad arthritis and also hip dysplasia. Is it osteo-arthritis and is it linked to your hip dysplasia? Here's our booklet on managing pain which I am sure you will find useful.
Lots of people in our community have arthritis and I'm sure you will be chatting to them soon.
