Does anyone have some advice on how to sleep with a very painful knee ! I

I have been having a flare for the last couple of weeks, it's slowly easing but my knee is still giving me a lot of pain at night ! I was just wondering if anyone has any advice for me xxx

  If you are a side sleeper try putting a pillow between your knees.

  I take my pain relief about an hour before settling down and have a thick Tempur pillow, used lengthways, between my legs (I am a side sleeper). I have OA in both hips, both knees and both ankles. DD
