    It was ok - it was my first day back at work after having caught Covid a few weeks ago! So exciting but tiring...

  • glad you are ok why are you on this site what type of arthritis do you have? I've got arthritis in one of my knees diagnosed 2 years ago sometimes struggling with pain especially at night hopefully get some help and info on here

    I’ve got OA in both my knees - makes exercise quite hard, I struggle with walking, going up and down stairs.

    Have you tried taking some painkillers (paracetamol &/or ibuprofen) about half an hour before you go to bed? That can help you settle if you need it.

  • sorry to hear that I'm on naproxen plus zapain also looking at turmeric daily I can cope ok but sleep time very difficult

    You may be able to take paracetamol or ibuprofen in addition to your normal medications. I know it helps me and my mother to take something before bed
