Hi. Can anyone recommend a strap or brace that works to relieve my lower back pain? I’ve tried all over the counter pain killers and Tramadol and codeine through prescription. Please could you help me. Thanks Peter

I would guard against wearing a brace as they tend to weaken your back after a while as your muscles do not work correctly when wearing one. I suggest you visit your GP to get a proper diagnosis, meanwhile IF you are able to do some gentle core exercises they will help. Before my OA got too bad to exercise a useful one was to lie on the floor, raise your knees and then gently roll them from side to side. You will find an exercise section on here somewhere which may help.
