Lets Move with Leon

Hello everyone

I have arthritis in the knees quite badly, and am in pain at night too. I also have it in my hands and thumbs.

I have just completed the Lets Move With Leon 12 week course which has helped with flexiblity, and stamina. My only problems was keeping soft knees which I found quite painful so for most of the time they stayed locked.

I would love to know what i can do to help further, especially to soften my knees
