Arthritis
Hi all,
I have pain in both hips. Left wrist and lower back.
I struggle to walk for along time, but as a joiner I’m on my feet all day. Does anyone have any tips or best feet insoles ? Or best working boots
hope to hear soon

Hi @fred007 firstly let me welcome you the site and our community of lovely people. I am sure you will find others with similar experiences who can support you.
I can see that from your post you have pain in your hips, wrist and back and I can only imagine that as a joiner that makes the working day difficult.
I am wondering if you could give any further information that may help us get you the right support and to the right information?
Have you seen a doctor about the issues and have you ever been diagnosed with a condition such as arthritis?
In the meantime from your description I have provided some links below to some information to get you started, on hip, wrist and back pain. I hope you find these useful.
Please feel free to search the rest of the site for other information that may be of use.
I am sure that others with similar experiences will be able to offer you some useful tips.
I hope you find your coping mechanisms soon.
Take care
Joe

Hi @fred007
I have OA and RA- not sure if you have any of these diagnosed, but I have suffered a lot with my hips and hands/ wrists lately. My rheumatologist actually directed me to the exercises for hips that have been linked above while I await other options and I have found them useful personally. Of course everyone is different and you know your own limitations so only do what you can.
I hope you start to feel a bit of relief soon!

Hi all,
I was diagnosed with arthritis in my right hip, about 4 years ago. I’m now 54 and can’t really afford to have 9-12 weeks of work.
ive found that my left hand side is now hurting. From my ankle to my top of buttock
I’m on naproxen. im Wondering if it’s sciatic.
some days I can hardly walk. But as I’m a joiner (self employed) I need to work
any tips would be great
