Eating well
In my experience the only thing that controls the pain from arthritis is diet.
Is there anyone interested in sharing information about suitable food?

Hi. I’ve recently (5 days in) excluded wheat, gluten, dairy and sugar from my diet and I’m finding my pain has considerably reduced. The positive results have given me the incentive to carry on. It might not suit everyone but I think it’s worth giving it a try.

Hi @Ace, welcome to the Online Community! It's lovely to have you here.
It's lovely that you are offering insight to other members, and I'm so glad to hear that this change to your diet seems to be helping with your pain. I wonder if you've seen this page on the Versus Arthritis website:
It talks about the idea of excluding certain foods from your diet and reintroducing one at a time to identify if any are affecting your condition, as triggers can be specific to you.
Do keep us updated and continue to enjoy the Online Community.
Best wishes, Sarah (moderator)
