New Year, same pain :-(
Once upon a time I used to be able to run marathons, go to the gym and out run my kids. That now seems like another person. It's taken me many years to come to terms with the fact I cannot do this anymore (but secretly I still think I can!!!) I keep trying different way to exercise and kill the joint pain, yoga and walking. This year I'm going to up the anti and really try to master dealing with this, I'm only 57 and I don't want my much looked forward to retirement to just about moaning, which I'm doing now. I have a husband who is fit as a fiddle and I don't think he gets it really although he pretends too, if you haven't got it, it must be hard to know the pain. So here's to a positive 2022 !!
Look forward to catching up with you soon :-)
