Hi @Sharn
Welcome to the online community- you're in the right place for a bit of advice and a listening ear! We have fantastic members and mods here who are always willing to help you or share their experiences. I'm sorry to hear that you seem to be feeling so deflated, it's never easy when you go back to square one over and over again but things will get better. It always takes time to find a treatment that works and these often need adapting as time goes on and your condition changes.
Here are some links to Versus Arthritis resources that you may find useful:
It would be a good idea to continue with the suggested exercises at home when you are able, but why not also get back in touch with your GP and ask for further advice?
Do keep chatting to us here, and feel free to join in with the community where you feel comfortable to do so.
Take care,
Sarah
