You have been diagnosed with OA in your feet, hands and arm and are presently waiting for physio. It is great that you have found us, we are here to support you and anyone affected by life with arthritis. This is quite a load of information to try to absorb but we feel that the more we know the more proactive we can be when it comes to discussions with the health professionals.
