Good morning I am a newbie in here but wanted to ask about footwear please. Any suggestions what you find comfortable please.
I am flat footed, rip up , fall over ! any advice pease would be lovely thank you x

Hello @lellygg and welcome to the online community.
I was referred to a podiatrist who advised me to wear insoles which have helped.
I do however wear good supported shoes/boots with zips and velcro as easier to put on.
