Rheumatoid arthritis
Happy hello I am Ari & was diagnosed RA at age of 20.First few years were so hard on me & cruel to pass, morning stiffness, cold weather & water is enemy to me(won't even dared to touch it)pain everywhere & can't able to do any basic chores, waking up is a worst nightmare for me, inorder to eat, brush everything was so cruel to do,I had to prepare myself in advance for each & every task, not even single day was easy to pass, felt pain every second, minute. Was always dependent for almost everything to eat, waking up & so on,imagining by now is gives chills to me,initially took some pills without proper rheumatology doctor as they thought it's because I was lazy to move as i working in IT night shift,so gave some random pills, then by god's grace found what's going on with my body by a accident through a emergency doctor then found its RA then he suggested the best rheumatoid doctor in town & after that everything is magic now I am pain free, stiffness free can handle the chillness, rainy weather is my favourite now like always but this time I can enjoy that instead scaring & staying inside home. Now hitting the gym doing all the works like normal people, i am independent working women focusing all the hobbies & now no more dependent much on other people than it's very huge task like lifting heavy weight like that.
Pills & proper food can change everything trust me now i am 24 years old after going through all I am writting this.
Even now I am getting other health issue coz of RA. Dealing it & yeah it can be managed but the solution is to reduce weight
Now my only concern is I am putting weight, figured out & working on it.
I wanted to share my story so it may be motivating people who struggle with RA & will share my tips & story going forward!
Happy to connect with all 🙂!!

Hi @Ari
lovely to meet you and read your positive story. Thank you so much from me and ordinary member for sharing it with us. When a young person comes on newly diagnosed they would find it heartening to read your story so I hope you will keep posting in future.
What medication are you taking I wonder.
It can be very difficult to keep our weight in check as we are less active. I find cutting portion size has helped me.
Anyway fantastic post thanks again.
