Hello all.
I am new to this community and wanted to say hello and introduce myself.
My name is Dale and I have been diagnosed with Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (MTCD). This condition consists of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and Raynaud's Syndrome.
I have Covid to thank for this. The doctors told me that Covid was the environmental trigger that released it.

Hello @Daleob Dale, lovely to meet you and welcome you to the online community.
It's very interesting that you should say your Drs have given the COVID virus as the trigger for your arthritis.
Other members here have also experienced flares following infection or vaccination. Some are also in a similar position to yourself having their first ever Arthritis symptoms following on from a bout of COVID or vaccine.
I wonder whether these threads might interest you?
I hope you will find the forum useful and decide to keep posting.
Best wishes
Ellen.
