Hi all 👋

Nice to see you frog it was a bit quiet but we made ourselves look busy 😉. Hope all went well and Paul doing a quick turnaround doesn't mean too long a day for him. Probably will seem less long without the I-Spy and possibly the singing 😄 unless Elfie is still with him you did say 'you' had been dropped off.. 🤔. Sleek and I have have been fine we have been having mini blueberry muffins from Piddle, it's a good way for a small cat to have extras as they are only little muffins and we put our paws out for another one absently now & again 👍️. I did manage to let her in the house obviously 😬😄 things have not deteriorated further and there is always the backdoor, although not much help unless I leave the gate unbolted ofc. My jab was fine (I have a no cats near sharps bins rule, only polite with guests I think), and hope she & you get on ok tomorrow 🤞. Ooh blue or purple beans, how exciting 😀 good luck with those. I did get an email saying not too late to sow tomatoes so I don't feel quite as behind as all that 👍️ the blue pepe nasturtiums are coming up, and a few alliums, some didn't do so well but it's all experimental really. Not much else I'm having a quiet day yes thanks, I did go up the loft for a bit, otherwise just a bit of bench next phase-ing. Have a good evening 😘 xx

Hello Joan, it's quite chilly I think and there were thundery showers and a fair bit of rain pencilled in when I looked this morning, now they've taken it away again 🤷‍♀️. Hope Pepper is alright today. Maybe when Charlie gets back he will feel more like doing a bit more for having had a change. It's easy to sit and not do much, how was he getting on with the internet last you heard? Have a good afternoon 😘 xx

Hi bosh, sorry it's mxt day so soon 🙄 nothing nice would come round that quickly would it. Glad your mum is ok. That sounds good that nice M's Dad mentioned a new nurse, I hope that turns out to be something helpful. Hot choc and a cookie that is not too much of a gastric or a GI sin is it 👍️ it is quite chilly actually so hot choc is more to the point than ice cream etc, odd after the heat recently. Not doing much myself today have not been out. Sorry about your lost lip cosmetic, what a shame 😟 was it a new thing or something you've tried before? I was just looking at al fresco online for next shop and noticed they've started doing their own clothing again not that there was anything I wanted, they used to sell through Text didn't they and then stopped again, I can't keep up 🤷‍♀️. Look forward to poem sometime I quite understand that you can't hint too much at the synopsis at this point 😄. Sorry (again) been busy couple of mornings necessitating a siesta due to pain then a mad rush to get my two fed etc etc.

and I was a stupid boy yesterday, I went to my fav posh bike shop and they have a café with homemade carrot cake, needless to say I have a sugar induced inflammation bad head today because I am stupid.

Also due to my race bike being a complete diva and needing suspension setting alterations for even moderate changes in weather temperature I had a rough ride there which jarred my body and that hasn’t helped either.

On the plus side Loanda was saying there are yet more new flowers of the gothic variety (black) open in our little walled garden. I will wait for the sun on them today and post some new photos.

Vc poem by me for mental health awareness month, it’s called “Hospital- leaving” or “New existence tapestry weaving”
When I left the hospital it was one step forward, ten steps back
No more seeking permission for a shower, a meal, a snack
But those months of captivity certainly had left their mark
I had to adapt to no longer being chased by the great white shark
I spoke to people who had suffered like me
Who had no issues talking about meds, depression, mood swings - I felt i could be me
But I had made it out, not everyone achieves that
Then my worries became more normal, like whether a springtime sun hat
Many people held me back, but some helped me too
Remember you’re not alone with your mental health- 25% of people have issues just like you

Hi all 👋 just a quick line, I am trying to cook up an arrangement to see a friend tomorrow so for the rest of today I will be frothing over social niceties and hair and hats (hopefully not 😬) and clothes and probably hairgrips even 🤪.

Hope you are having a good day frog & Sleek got on ok, everything crossed for her next week's checkup 😘. I am not doing much today (see above!) but have done a wash and been in the garden; all sorts all coming into flower at once, or signs of 😀 polygonum, heuchera, scabious, maybe delphinium, and the not-for-cats alliums. Nice to see 😊. I do already have toms, not doing a massive amount but long since in, I was just cheered to see that I'm not behind all the sow by dates, makes a change. Still thinking about peas beans etc myself 🤔. Yes I noted Elfie's 'road trip' activities and wondered if Paul had been treated to his presence for the rest of the day too 😉😄. Hello Joan, yes I did see about the fire rescue, I think, if it was the one near you? Brilliant to have a special dog mask, I hope they are both doing well now. Hope you are still feeling ok today after your jab, yes v true about the leaflet, they have to offer though at least it's not such a waste of ink as what you get through the door 🙄. I hope no rain tomorrow please, none forecast here so far. My doors are behaving today as far as it goes, they could probably do with a tweak here & there, but otherwise ok, don't know what got in to them that evening 🤷‍♀️. Hi bosh, your poem is amazing 💕 I am used to 'smiling' & 'laughing' at them but this one would need an admiration & respect emoji, not sure what would fit! Thank you for sharing it with us, and a very good point to make of course. Not talking about things is still such an ingrained thing somehow. Hope your day is going alright so far, glad your mum's ok. All quiet here haven't done much, just washed a lineful of tshirts so I have them all to choose from if I go out tomorrow, no doubt will by then decide I hate them all 🙄. Lovely flowers Keef (& Loanda), yes more aquilegia I think now you've reminded me what the others were. I do envy the walled garden. Hope the head is better, you would have been ok with the banana muffins I made today I forgot the sugar altogether it was still sitting on the side when they were in the oven 🤪 never mind the banana is sweet anyway. Haven't ever been offered acupuncture or tried it myself Stuart sorry. My pain was all from the RA swelling etc so they just had to get that down mainly I don't think it would have helped. Are you thinking seriously about it? Hope your day is going as well as possible 🤞 xx
