Welllife natural knee patches

Has anyone had any success with using natural knee patches? I have just had a major flare up and am waiting to see a specialist but need to do something now to ease the pain and stiffness but am confused by all the different products that appear to offer almost instant relief

Complimentary treatments may work for some people but not all, if they did the GPs would be prescribing them.
