Knee

Hello im looking for advice for knee supports so i can try and run again or at least get back up some hills. It appears the condition is only in the outside section of my left knee, are there any supports better than others for this

    Hi @dimotane there are a lot of good brand knee braces online. A lot are arthritis specific, it might be a good idea to have physio input to advise which would be best for you individually. I have an unloader knee brace provided by the NHS orthopaedic surgeon. Hope this helps
