I've recently been diagnosed with osteo arthritis in my left shoulder .I'm absolutely gutted as I teach Yoga & I thought I was looking after all my joints! I've recently had steroid injections into my biceps muscle as a lot of my pain is there. Unfortunately it hasn't helped Any advice please?
