I had a lovely surprise when I weighed in today. Having lost 4.5lbs over the previous two weeks I wasn't expecting to lose anything this week, but the scales were kind to me. I've lost another 1.5lbs taking my total weight loss so far to 2 stones and 3.5lbs. :lol: GraceB
