Hello all I'm week 2 after a total hip replacement and constantly being told not to do ‘too much ‘ but what is too much ? I don’t start physio until next week so may be I will get answers there currently I’m on 1 crutch and walking round the house a lot with possibly a 10 minute walk outside is that too much for week 2 ?

Is there anyone else out there who is unable to take antiinflammatories so left with having to increase pain killers? What can medics give to help us? Now about to complete 3 months start on Methotrexate and Folic Acid. Still inflamed.
