I had knee X-rays March 2023 and had confirmation of osteoarthritis in both knees April 2023, but that was it no further info or follow up from anywhere. Is this right? Feel I should have some sort of follow up or as support? What are others experiences?
I have finally received my Orthopaedic Hospital Appointment for Friday 26th April. What I would like to know is if there is anyone on here who has had hospital treatment/op for the knee and if there are any specific questions that I need to ask the Consultant. My other half will be coming in to the appointment with me as…
I’ve been offered steroid injections in my hands as they’ve become very painful lately. Has anyone had success with this?
I was lucky enough to get on the Wirral trial of the APOS shoes in late 2023. I was diagnosed with bilateral osteoarthritis early in 2023 after struggling with my knees for about a year. Was examined by a doctor who sent me to a physio who gave me a brief exam then sent me for an x-ray. A different physio had the result of the x-ray. He said it showed some knee…
