Jan, he seems a bit frisky after his airing! Look, I've bought him in some turkey scraps (we had turkey fillets yesterday) for his tea.

and there's a catnip bag for him to play with.......

Hello everyone. Think it's time for a cuppa and sit down. Back is really hurting. Lower back hip to hip. I was sitting in the bedroom doing my ironing and looking round and thought, what a mess everywhere seemed. And the dust. I'm ashamed of myself. The bright sunshine shows up all the dust, smeery windows and cobwebs. Problem is, my arms and shoulders are not strong enough to tackle it.
I was thinking that this next 12 months, we have to get the bedrooms re-decorated. OH is 70 this year and slowing down too. You can tell he is suffering from achy joints by the way he moves.
I'm sure son will come over to help. Then, the new paint will last the rest of our lives. Morbid thought isn't it?

How's everyone with sore bones today? Massaging is the answer. Q. Who's going to do it?

This strange neighbour of ours (not the one we had probs with the wall) the one who's property backs on to our garden. He is so strange during full moon. He just stands in his front garden either swearing at people who go by or if it's youngster will call them over to talk to them. He suffers from some kind of repetative prob. Always sweeping his path. He has stepping stones with gravel round. Well some time ago a friend of mine, her boys placed some of the pepples on the stepping stones. When he came home he went ballistic. When he goes into work, he always places his lunch box, flask, pie in the same place, same order. When he left the kitchen for awhile and then came back, someone had moved the pie to another position. L....d went insane and went to attack this guy who had moved his food. I don't think he was sacked, don't know but he has been moved to a lot of work places.
It's people like that who I worry about. If he becomes so mad at the world and people, we keep a log of all the obnoxious things and says to us and the police are aware.

Oh that builders was just what the doctor ordered. Green tea is not nice but it is suppose to be good for you. I had a camomile and honey tea earlier. lovely. Relaxes you. Annie, might be an idea for you.

Hi Annie. Talking about doctors Know what you mean about always being at the hospital or doctors At the end of the day, that's what they are there for, if you have a cronic illness, you need to be made comfortable. Sometimes medication will upset you and they need to be aware.
I had a bleeder the last time I had a blood test. The blood blister has just gone down and settled into a bruise. While you are on such a high dose of steroids, you need to be careful.
Don't forget to carry your blue card. I've got one of the neckless things.

Listening to the radio earlier. What do you think of parliament bringing in lawful killing for terminally ill people? What a decision to make.
10.30 tonight. BBC1. The Richard Dimbleby Lecture. Sir Terry Pratchett, who has Alzheimers is going to give a talk about it.

I shall definitely be watching it because we have a difficult situation with dil. She is slowing giving up. Makes you think doesn't it.

Sorry. going on a bit. Sitting here, talking to myself. Full moon you know.

    Evenin' Jan, Val, Cris, Joan.........

Jan, yes, stopped bleeding and I don't think it was her fault, she's taken blood dozens of times and never had a prob before....just my veins today acting up........well, they match the rest of me!

I do feel a tad better tonight, so I'm hoping things are settling down.

Reading back over some of the threads, it's just as well none of us are really squeamish, all the gore that gets chucked about these posts!

Another builders and a bucket of energy and I'll get a couple more little chores done.

    Did Cuddles eat his tea?

Hey Trisher we are here for you too you know - you not on your own.

perhaps if we put the good bits from all of us we might make one fully functioning model ? but then we wouldn't be half as much fun so I think we are great as we are

hugs and love to you & an extra bucket of energy and a sticky bun to keep up your fight ((((((())))))))
