    Hi Annie, I'll be glad when you can start coming down off that high dose. It can't be fun and must be exhausting. Are you still having to use the nebuliser? How does the chest feel now. I use to wake myself up once with my wheezing, but, as I said before, since I have gone on to Soya and cut down dairy as much as I can no problems. The only trigger for me is hayfever. My Italian friends brought me a supply of camomile tea (better than the English makes) and I have been having a cup ofthis with local honey each night. See if it will give me some protection this spring when the fungus on the tree trunks starts floating around. That's one of the biggest causes of hay fever.

    I'd hate to go on a high dose again because of that but it is a problem that can't be helped sometimes.

    Sorry I didn't get back into cafe last night
    How much snow have you all had? You can't have had that much Jan because we haven't had any at all yet.
    We are being too lucky here at the moment. I bet we get it later in the month. Strange weather. -2 degrees though, Dread to think what the heating bill is going to be. Do you think we will get any 'Cold Weather Payments' :P
    Beautiful moon and clear night again last night.
    Right I've put the kettle on again, the porridge is just starting to thicken, anyone fancy some?

    Oh, by the way, got on the scales this morning and I have now lost a total of 12lbs. I don't like weighing myself every day. I thought making all those muffins the other day would spoil my diet.

    I must now be really careful until the middle of the month when I go back for my weigh in at the drs. Bet my consultant will be pleased too.
    Now breakfast.

    Morning to all! We've had a sprinkle of snow here overnight, but it looks very pretty and the sky is clear now. Didn't have a good night, but missed the snow.

    Joy, I've got the nebbie for about the next 10 days and yes, I'm beginning to feel a bit frazzled.............but it's just one of those things......

    Right, a builders and some buttered toast should do the trick then I have to go up to the surgery for more bloods..........I won't have any left soon.

    Good morning peeps! Can I have a `freshly layed' cow-pat so I can catapult it at ATOS? Woke up to snow here - :shock: Did'nt see that one comming and can't remember it being mentioned on the weather forcast on the news or radio yesterday? Ah well, another day in paradise. We have had about 1/4 inch in Whitchurch but 6 miles away in Wem they have had 6 Ft'' and contractors on their way to me are stuck at Newport where condtions are horrendus. So we just missed that! Down in West Oxfordshire they have had about the same as Whitchurch - enough to cause problems and cancel plans for the disabled. Pants! :roll:

    I do not understand our English weather at all.

    Still, there is enough heat in the sun now to melt it. We are 40 miles from Oxford so we have been lucky this time. As I said before, I expect we shall be the last ones to get it and then everyone around us will be enjoying lovely sunny days like this.

    Right, off to get my ironing done and make the bed up with lovely fresh sheets and pillow cases. Love climbing into a bed with fresh cotton sheet

    Hi All,

    I member seeing Berty, Rosy (oh carrot cake does sound good) Val, Joy, Annie, Heather, Del and Joan but hope I haven't missed anyone......

    The weather eh? We got sun and hail today we had the snow and sleet over the weekend so it must be warmer...... Keep telling my self that.....

    Did have just one head today till Gimpy did a runner...... I spent 2 hours looking for him and he came back just after me the difference is he was dry and I was soaked...... I just told him I hope he enjoyed himself cus that was his last bit of freedom.......

    Right a builders please and sorry about the noise I really just needed the stereo this loud for a while....

    Hi, Cris, I'll just grab a builders and join you........hope Cuddles will come to me, need a comfort cuddle.

    Just a sprinkle of snow, like big sugar granules, very pretty.......but still soooooo cold.

    When I went for bloods this morning my arm wouldn't stop bleeding and I had to sit there for ages.....it had started again by the time I got home so that's one wet, bloody, sticky fleece in the washer, it soaked through the plaster she put on. It looks OK now, but going to be a lovely bruise there!

    I will sit quietly with Cuddles and have another builders and give myself a stern talking-to!

    Afternoon........Jan, Toni, Barbara.........

    ......I must have dozed off over by the fire, was having a lovely dream.......about fresh cream apple turnovers! Any left?

    Mmmmmmmmmmmm ooooooh.......another builders and that'll be me feeling a tad better.........

    Apart from my arm not wanting to stop bleeding this morning discovered blood results from last lot are a bit iffy...so now got to see the doc tomorrow. I should like just one day when I haven't got to go to a hospital, or see a doc, or have bloods or xrays taken, just ONE!

    We haven't had as much sunshine as yesterday, it's been quite hazy all day, anyone had more snow?
