    hi how tou doing today just been to pub for an hour can not remember last time did that been taken over so popped in to see what it like only 6 doors away so came home when had had enough left oh there

    How are you? I hope your hands are a bit better - it is really frustrating not being able to use them isn't it?

    I got the OT to change my resting splint a bit and the difference is amazing ... she lessened the angle of my wrist and my whole arm has been soooooooooooooooo much better today that I got carried away with myself. Will suffer tomorrow :roll:

    Morning all Cris and Trish I did wake up at 4 :shock: son got off and i didn't get back to sleep so i read for a bit. I am now off to pc w*rld so my other son can buy a new laptop :roll: think its going to be a long day so will take a bucket of energy with me. I did have a migrane last night and was sick, don't get them often but when i do they make me sick.

    Back home now with a new laptop, I've opened all my windows to let some fresh air in :) its a lovely sunny day.

    would love a cup of T.....had my two wee grandsons staying overnight. Matthew (7) and Thomas (4) and they've just gone home....phew!

    Both insist on sleeping with me in my double bed...but you can imagine :roll: not much chance of sleeping. :!:

    I love them to bits though and the day will soon come when they won't want to stay at Nana's so I'm making the best of it while I can.!

    we spent time in the greenhouse sowing seeds...Matthew chose Marigolds and Thomas lobelia...so it'll be fun watching for them sprouting together.

    Hi Iris sounds like you had lovely time, i used to plant sunflower seeds with my sons they loved to watch them grow, put your feet up and i will make you a drink.
