    I found it, it was in the bottom of my mug eeeuwuww.

    I will have another dunk near bedtime.

    Was waiting for Annie to bring in a doggie bag for us :shock: She didn't.

    Kettle is on :wink: time for resting the brains now I think. We charge them up for another day. Annie is wiped out love, I'm sure we will hear all the goss. tomorrow and she will have fridged the doggie back and bring it in then. :D

    Annie glad you had a good time. Am sure you are shattered and a big day tomorrow with mixed emotions I am sure.

    Right one last brew and a biccy dunk and I'm signing off too. Have to see the physio tomorrow and she is lovely but am a bit worried she will mention the Consultant word again and I can't pretend not to hear her a second time. :?

    Good luck for today Chris, don't keep putting off seeing consultant. I was talking to someone the other day who knows someone that left it too long and now they can't operate because it has got too bad. She now has a future of constant hip pain. I'm gonna be pestering you until you've made the decision. :wink:

    HI All,

    never got chance to pop back after phone call yesterday :oops:
    it was a friend inviting us round for a meal next week to celebrate my hubby's birthday (he's an april fool :wink::lol::lol::lol: ) so looking forward to that!

    RIght ...... will try and catch up but tired today so may not be able to, so please excuse if I leave yet another general best wishes message to you all - I am thinking of you all, honest, and sending hugs ((((()))))))

    now then .... brought more biscuits in as we seem to be having a dunking contest ........... what's the best dunking biscuit? :?:

    i all just been to hospital to see rheumy nurse and she has taken me off my leflumonide because my bp is high. Now waiting for her to ring as she wants me to see docter asp but he is on holiday :roll:
    Leaving some birthday cake and chineese food for all, sweet n sour pork, sweet n sour chicken, veg chow main, chicken chow main veg spring rolls, egg fried rice and prawn crackers :)
    right i now need a drink.

    Sorry you are having trouble with your BP, I hope they sort you out soon.
    It seems we take this to help with that, then we have to take something else to help with that which is to help that and of course that needs some more to help the first one.

    No wonder we all get confused.

    Right, I will have a large coffee and a piece of cake before Annie gets in here, and I will sit in the corner and just relax.

    Chocolate digestives, however to get the best results you need to dunk only the biscuit side for a maximum of 8 seconds so that the chocolate coating holds the biscuit together . Using this method prevents chocolate bleed into your drink too.

    Hello Julie, Barbara, Delboy and Trisher. anyone else in at the moment I have missed? Sorry if I have.

    Hope everyone is ok.

    Have been out all day Podiatrists, one or two shops and hairdressers. Had a real struggle on the last lap home. My walking is getting quite bad at the mo.

    Going away this weekend to Morecambe so need to toff myself up a bit. In a kind of casual way I think. Expect it will be a bit blowy there so will take my 2 in one jacket. It is going to be so difficult to keep my weight down over the weekend, what with full english and two evening meals to get through. I've managed to get half a stone off too. Not easy.

    OH is struggling with his walking too. I've never seen him pop so many pain killers either. For one with such a high pain barrier he must be suffering. He doesn't moan about it like me!!! :roll:
    Suppose I had better go and pack and then get some clearing up done.
