barbara - sorry if I made you worn out .... think you misunderstood .... I was doing LESS not more! :roll: :roll: or at least trying to!..... too long standing and it hurts for a long time, tooo long sitting and .... it hurts :roll: :roll: can't win so trying to do a bit of each and it seems to work

right, have filled up the hugs basket, cuddled cuddles, patted marigold and stoked the fire for those who are feeling cold. Have also topped up the ice pails for those of us who are feeling the heat of arthur :roll:

Thank you, I was feeling chilly and about to potter to turn the thermostat up, poor OH thinks it is tropical and I am cold as ice, never a happy medium.

Hi bubles there is a site you can go on to get the moveing smiles but can't remember the full name, go on google and type in cosgan and see if they come up. Hope this helps.
