I can`t believe it, I`ve only just woken up! I love having family home, but it does knacker me out for days after they`ve gone.

Cris, let me know how you go on with your blood test. We have all been so worried about this last flare of yours. Gone on far too long.

I am doing nowt today, just cos I can! So I will take a coffee over to the fire, and cuddle Cuddles, and have a read..........Ange.

Afternoon delboy, ange, julie, trish, elizabeth, chris and all who assemble in this fine establishment. Chris I hope you are ok and feeling better and that all are taking great care, I am such a worry pot about everyone.

I am going to put the kettle on, re-done the floor, done the loo's, (like to keep things bleachy). Fresh muffins in the tin.

Sun is out now, lovely afternoon. Need a bit of a rest, did the bathrooms today as uncle arthur was slumbering, which was fine at the time....... now, well, let's not go there eh. At least I did them, which was a great achievement 8) Anyway, that T won't make itself.

I found this one with shoelaces that don't need tying, not sure if it is any use. http://www.slips.co.uk/product_details.php?item_id=650[/url]

Hello annie, mandingo, mellman, mummyb, Jan
sorry if I have forgotten anyone. Haven't had chance to catch up todayI'm afraid.

Just thought I would pop in and boast that it is official, I have lost my first half stone, that's with clothes on at the clinic.
I have gone down one and a half dress sizes and lost another 4cms from my waist making a total of 8 cm from my waist in all. Now is that a clever girl or what? I have been trying so hard (except for this last weekend) If I had been good, I may have lost some more. All I need to do now is win the lottery :lol::lol:
I now want to set myself another target of another half stone in the next month. I know you shouldn't lose it too quickly, but considering I am 5 stone overweight, it makes you think. It's like carrying an extra person around all the time.

Hi Julie, Bubbles, Val (tables look nice)
I have been slipping just lately.
Had to get to my slimming clinic this morning. At least I have lost some more weight and lost another 4 cms round my waist.
So I have come in for a couple of doughnuts,:lol:

Despite all that snow, all that rain, when I went to plant some things in the garden, the soil was dry. 'cannot beeeeelieeeeve it'

Catch up with the rest of you later. Havea good day.

Well done Joy, doesn't it make you feel better when its comming off, think i might have doughnut with you.

Nice steady breathing, in for 4 seconds, out for 8, it does help a little, (says Bubbles who takes more pills for everything including stress, than soft Mick). Believe it or not I used to run relaxation sessions, everyone was half asleep and I was normally wound up like a clock  I do try the breathing though and it just takes the edge off, focuses your thoughts as well.

No, not today, an at home day, pottering and fussing in the bathrooms........... and yes, twice in the last week, in the dead of night, I have woken up throwing my bedside lamp around. Lord knows why, it is dangerous and a bit disconcerting to say the least. I daren't tell my Dr, he will have me put away. The cats are terrified too. I usually then try and get up and dressed, but cannot manage it and go back to sleep, bless eh. Catch you later.................zzzzzzzzzzzz

    Hi Julie,

Oh its so nice to have someone come with, I have to say it makes it all easier and less daunting eh?

I ate today and now...... honestly flower what ever goes wrong with my useless body the crohn’s will remain the worst thing I hope  In time the mtx will control it but bring it down quick enough for the drip so preds I shall have to ask for and they I do have a bad reaction to but it should only take a few weeks for them to work eh?

Hey give me a hand to chase the ducks and chicken in early please? ((( ))) Cris xx
