Well that was truly the best hot chocolate I've ever had, rich and creamy with loads of marshmallows, with a good natter to my new friends too. What a lovely place to come, I'll certainly come here again. Thank you, should I leave a tip?????? Does this cafe offer nice soothing foot massages to ease aching feet????????? I look forward to coming back again, maybe I can learn how to milk the cows next time. :) And please can I have two buckets of energy with a few hugs thrown in. I might never want to leave this place!!!!!!!! :P

Of course you can, help yourself as often as you like. It is always open and usually there is someone nearby to have a chat to, even in the wee small hours. Kettle is always on. Cuddles is by the fire. You will need the lavender pats, I am sure they will be organised for you, I am not the expert on those. xxx Bubbles

    Thank you forbeing there xx

n night julie, peaceful sleeps. I was away getting my last lot of pills, hoorah. Fed the cats, who are going mad now it is nearly bed time.
Hope you enjoy your times in the cafe Brenda.

I am going to have to say good night too. I didn't realise the time, not that is matters, but, I am long past turning into a pumpkin.

Won't be in until later today, off to see the folks and nip into M&S again, I know it's an addiction, I cannot stay out of there.

Take lots of care, hope you get some good sleeps Trish and that today is even better for you. N Night to you too Brenda, enjoy the hugs and feel free to drink more chocolate if needs be. XXXX Bubbles.

    Hi Julie

Clumber Park. I am only just catching up on all whats been happening in the cafe. I went here about 20 years ago now. I remember we were caravanning and were parked on the edge of the forest. It was pretty scary there in there dark. I think there is a lot more there now, right? What happened to the big hall?

Hi Joy I'm not sure we couldn't get far in because it was packed in the main bit. We took my grandma who's in her late 80s and she went missing  we were all searching for her, we were getting worried it turned out she had been lookin for a loo and couldn't find one so she said she went in the bushes  If she had said she wanted the loo my brother would have taken her in the car as it was in the opposit direction to where she had been

    Hello Peeps
I have just tried to catch up from the 15th. Sorry not been around
I have just woken up from a 24 hour sleep can you believe. Must have needed it.
    Now feeling decidedly woozy
Up to Sat, absolutely manic. Funeral on Friday, which took all day in the end. Was the funeral of my dil (the sick one) mother who was diagnosed with cancer about 7 weeks ago and went very quickly. One daughter flew over from New Zealand about 3 weeks ago now and her flight back has been cancelled until the end of May at least.
Luckily she had an open ticket. The effect all this volcanic ash has on the airlines is catistrophic. Have I spelt that right? Then, we have another funeral next Friday.

Anyway, hope all you peeps are ok. I think I have overdone it there was so much to do last week, OH has been trying to get my car ready for MOT. Getting ready for our charity car run next Sunday and getting all the stops ready on the way, pig roast and all.
Our printer went down and we had to go out and buy another one.
SThen Saturday, I sat 4 hours solid at the computer printing out the paperwork we need and getting more entries sent out. We have 150 cars now taking part. I think we should end up with about £700/£800 to Air Ambulance at the end of the day. That will be good.
When we first started this event (long story) we had 75 cars and we thought that was a good result. But now, 3 yrs later with 150 , incl delboy, just hope the sun shines like it did last year. So, if anyone is near Quenby Hall, Hungarton in Leicestershire next Sunday from 9 30 a.m. to 11 30 a.m. you should have a good time watching all the old cars taking off. Then destination is The Bell Inn in Stilton. That is why it is called the Stilton Cheese run. We have got a web site somewhere.
I had better start getting dinner now. Don't think I will get much more done today. Looks lovely out there. Have only sat out for a few minutes but I cannot sit in the sun too long or I will burn too easily.

It hasn't changed much then. The caravan we had then didn't have a very good toilet in it and so had to resort to going behind the tree. That's why I found it scary at night.
This was when I was married to my second husband (my present hubby is my third). who was a b*****d.
