Trish and Bubbles I think I m going to have to be a lightweight and go bed now. feeling shattered I am afraid....... mind Primrose was worth waiting for Bit daunting to think in few weeks there will be 3 of them to sit up with.... going to rope you lot in for them

Most of them I have a fair idea on, if not, then I check up on them. There are always new ones coming onto the market. Talking of which, best take my last lot............ :roll:

What are you like. I wish I knew enough about these meds than I do. Have you heard of a drug called Cyclosporin??

That is what they have put me on. I was on Preds then they put me on Sulfasalazine

I began to get such bad headaches I could not get out of bed with them. In between they have given me injections of Medrone a steroid almost every so many weeks.

Then they put me on the Cyclosporin.

Yes, have heard of all them, sometimes it is best not to know too much or you end up worrying about them. Don't drink grapefruit juice with it though.

sulfasalazine is an anti inflamatory drug, widely used, we used to use it a lot on the wards, usually well tollerated. I remember one of my cats was on it many years back :shock:

I know about the grapefruit . I know they use it for transplant patients.

Everyone seems to be doing so well on mxt yet they said it is too dangerous to give to me. I have a long complicated medical history for over 30 years.
