Hi trish, Im not to sure yet on the Pregabs, i only started taking them this morning & have just took my 2nd.
Ive started on 75mg twice a day then i have to increase them every 3 days by one tablet at a time.
I'll soon know if there working if i sleep & dont wake up with earache & jaw pain. The nerve pain will take a while to settle down i think.
I'll let you know what i think of them though.
luv debs0 -
Debs
Thanks. Would be interested as sometimes the phantom pains is really bad. Then they jump in the air I have no control of them when they are like that.
The Gaberpentines have been very good but this week I have been getting a lot more attackes of it. It don't look nice when you are waiting tosee Rheummy and your stumps jump up in the air when you got a skirt on. Do I go red.0 -

evening all
what a day!!!!
woken at 6.30 am to car smash outside  so that was an early start.
Then had a lovely walk with littlelegs (last tablet tomorrow then will have to see whether she needs to go back to vets  )
OT came this afternoon - rang me to say she was running late so I was able to let her know that the perching stool and toilet seat had not arrived ... so she brought some with her (as well as the bed stick) which was a hoot as she arrived just as our nosey neighbours arrived home. Bet they got a shock seeing what came in
Well, we had fun and even managed to get the second-hand bath lift that my mother-in-law gave me to work in our bath. Not the approved method .... but as long asI promise to be careful and not use it without someone else in the house just in case   then I can have a bath
SO I will let you know how I get on in bed tonight .... just waiting for hubby to forget the bit that is at his side and whack his heels on it first thing tomorrow  you'll hear the screams if he does
hugs to you all and what a spread there is in this kitchen today - I am going to sneak a bit of cake and a cuppa before bed.
hugs
