I have had spells of that in the past been alseep all day only woken up to eat then gone back to sleep. I do that for a few days. It worries me though. I think I run out of energy.0 -

Yes but then when I don't feel too good with pain everywhere I'm awake all night, I sometimes take one and a half of Zopiclone a sleeping tablet and still I cannot sleep.
There is no pattern to my sleep. Before I became ill years ago, I would go to bed with a book or magazine and have fallen asleep while reading. Hubby used to take them out my hands.0 -
was natttering to jan before i went and she wanted to come well in mind so we went for casta coffe (what a price lol) she did so want to go . jan glad doc sorting you bet oh would rather you were ok than in constant painval0

Hi Guys
Trisher
You ahve all mys sympathy. I usually get off alright - take the amitrip and any tabs I need and am off dead quick, but in the past I have had bouts of insomnia which are AWFUL.
It is lovely to know that now I could chat to anyone on here who is up
Love

I can see Val and Trish, hello to you, have not had chance to read back yet, but, I will, in the meantime, hi to one and all, hope everyone is as ok as possible.
Just fussing in the kitchen and helping with supper. Not been too bad a day, raining now, which is very welcome in the garden.
Done lots of sorting of papers, spoke to Welfare Rights, re DLA, he was very helpful, said keep things simple as they have enough information to sink a ship already. Consultant is writing again, he is fuming with them and so will GP be. Anyway, timer has gone off in kitchenand the cats having a mad half hour.

Hi Bubbles, Trish, Val, Toni........anyone else? Hope you are all having better days today. Tried to read back a bit, but lost the plot.
Having a much better day as doctor agreed to up the painkillers - the hospital had put me on a very low dose and I was struggling so much.
It does feel as if it's been rather a long day and I'm beginning to fade away already.......so looks as if it might be an early night for me. Ready now for a large cuppa to keep me going a bit longer and maybe some apple pie with cream.
The removal men were...........hunky!

Hi there, Trisha, Julie, bubbles and Barbara, Jan and Debs and Toni, Hello everyone.
I have tried to read through and get the gyst of what has been going on, but I am finding it very difficult. Head is really hurting now.
Julie, gather you are feeling pretty bad, so hope you feel better soon.
Annie, you were not well the other day so hope you are ok. and Cris, wherever it is you are going with a bad back, hope you are ok too. take care.
and Jan. how did you get on at dr's. Things are not good for you at all me thinks.
Trisher. Did you watch and help at the Marathon. Our friend Alan, the one who is coming to Norway with us, he is 65 now and retired the other day, he did it in 4hr.49min. Not bad for an oldie.
Sorry girls. feeling pretty rough, so I am going to have a bath and get to bed, which I have still to finish making. Did huge wash after visitors left. Both beds, towels and clothes. Can't even face ironing them today. If my head is no better tomorrow, it's keydoc for me.
By the way, it was lovely seeing Delboy last Sunday on our Charity Car Run. Got the final figure to hand over to Air Ambulance next week. £830.00.
Meeting up.
Harrogate seems the best place to get to, You need somewhere not too pricey and book so many rooms. Choose one night or two nights, then organise an itinerary. Perhaps a rip round a brewery. If we are to get numbers see who is interested and go from there. I'm sure it is possible.

Now let me see as I have not got a pen
Hi

Yes no brown caps and flat coats.
Why don't you like them Val? The flat cap helps them when they put things on their heads. :shock:0 -

Hi all, there were no signs of any flat caps near my removal men!
I rather like them, anyway.............
Have popped back in for a refill and a sit down, will chat with whoever is around..........and will sit out in the garden. We've had no rain here at all today and it has been and still is, very muggy. Not liking it at all - does anyone else find that high humidity upsets arther?
