Julie, always get cramp in my feet and legs, sometimes my hands.

I've got bedsocks on, vivid lilac colour, which is so not me. They clash with my feet, anyway, as the feet have now turned purple.

I will have two builders, a refill for me, and one to put my feet in.

That should do it.

The pattern on my bed socks srtipes in two shades of pink, and my sons say I look like that whitch in wizzord of oz who gets trapped under Dorethys house

The energy thing might have helped a bit... tasted horrible but better than liquid folic acid... which reminds me....

Cream and CDM, that sounds like a wonderful idea, I was lurking with my mop and bucket, but will stop for a cream tea and chocolate.

I did check the boots but well..... I don't see too well close up :oops:

You know what I could murder just now..... a Cornish triple.... Soft Cornish ice cream, hard Cornish ice cream and topped with clotted cream from the best dairy known to me (I am a connoisseur of clotted cream......

) and well stick a chunk of cdm and it heaven

Shop that does them is closed but I reckon we can make one up here eh? I got the cream, Ice cream x 2 kinds and the choc.... there has too be a couple of cones here abouts....... xx

Ell lets just stick it all in a bowl and grate the CDM over it.....

Oh now clotted cream...... sorry bu we do the best and it doesn't even get to Devon

You can get it via post you know..... very expensive but I can always send some up if you ever want.

You know one of my biggest disappointments (well its a silly one) was I got the idea the sheep would like ice cream.... got them a triple, used all my will power to not eat it on route to them..... thy had one lick and spat it all out... ended up giving it to the pig who quite frankly didn't appreciate it at all... he doesn't even know what he eats.....

LOL, aii, we will need a cuppa after all that. They do sell clotted cream at our posh supermarket, well, I call it posh, Booth's, only up here in Lancashire, akin to Waitrose but one step up, they sell lots of local things and support local farm produce and things that you could never find anywhere else. Always a pleasure to shop there and not really any more expensive than the main high street ones. I love it, am always thinking of an excuse for the OH to take me, oh we need errrrrrrrm, a loaf of bread, so we best go to Booths, NOW, now look, I am shouting. http://www.booths-supermarkets.co.uk/

Oh Bubbles I have to say this dairy has it totally sussed where cream is concerned...... Its all over the place an infinitely superior to that Chanel isle stuff

In a past life I used to milk a heard that went to the cream and they were the most beautiful and laid back cows I ever meet......maybe that's what gave the cream the edge

ts was a lovely place to work that, down West and on a cliff but the cows were really something, every one a Guernsey or Jersey..... Big brown eyes and well i used to walk them in with just an arm round ones neck..... They were lovely....... I'm sad eh?! :oops: :oops:

Not at all, I like cows, a friend of my dads had a big farm and bred Jersey cows, they were very smart and very friendly.

Oh Bubbles I love cows..... I had for a while, had in lue of wages :roll: A walking vet bill till the end

She was a Frisians x Holstein and well she kept me in milk for 2 years and then...... well she wondered about till the oa got her. She cracked her pelvis calving you see and I kinda knew here, she was bad tempered actually..... I hated the idea she would go for beef burgers so she came home with me...... Funny thing is I got her on some pain relief and she became very sweet as long as you didn't push your luck.....

I miss the old milking.. hell I miss the money as well

Used to do most Frisian or Holstein herds and they are big and have a huge milk yield but you know couple of the farmers said to say women get more milk from them.... I bit my tongue cus I wanted to say yes cus we are kind to them!

Time I thought about the embers cus I got someone staying for drip week and he already thinks I am lazy so must be up by 7.....

Tis cold and wet and well this isn't summer... is it summer yet... cus in actual fact it is like last summer

Your Right I am going to have to ask for help cus I using now and its vista and all different and my modem will connect but that it.....and this one works but its someone else credit..... i getting even so confused.......and it does have not only a cd but dvd and rw as well :oops: bit scared now cus its good and new and what if I mess it up....or it gets nicked....or the employers do something :shock: :shock: :shock:
