I've been sat in the chair watching a film with my sons, and my bones are now screaming  Its not very often we sit together now, so I was determind to sit there.

I already had burning back pain before we went, so I was doing a lot of smiling through gritted teeth, people asking how we were and why I now had sticks, I said, let's not go there, suffice to say it hurts and another tonic with ice and a slice please. :D Standing in one spot, talking, is agony ivy, but I couldn't really potter so far. In the end they sat me down, before I fell down. It was nice to see people after years and years. What film have you seen.

First we watched Big mammas house 2 and then Die hard  I'm out numbered with 2 boys. I don't mind really, just like spending time with them.

The last time I went out for the evening was hard for me as I can't stand for long or sit for too long either. Can't win can we.

I know, I would have loved a Gin with it, but, sadly with all the meds, I would be over in a jiffy. ill-violated-dead-smiley-9436.gif Such is life. I pretended there was gin in it, as far as I could

Yes, it was nice to see people after such a long time, our friend, (bride) looked fabulous, figure of a model which helps, wonderful dress, all studded in crystals. We managed to stay about 3 hours, then OH could see I was fading and in pain. But it was v nice to be able to go, we so rarely go out of an evening, once in a blue moon.

I'm so glad you went though, well done. It got you out for a while 3 hours is good. I hope you did not potter too much there.

I hope you were not drunk either  Only kidding.

I will have to read back and see if Wonky went on her night out.

Only tonic, without the gin, sad, but never mind. There wasn't a lot of room to potter and standing in one spot cripples me. But, it was v nice to go. Not sure if wonky went out

I am sure, I know she was not too great.

Do you take anything to help with nausea, like maxolon or stemetil? I usually keep maxolon in, only take it once a flood, used to take it a lot, but it made my face twitch like Elvis.

I have never heard of that. Can you buy it?? I do have some tablets on prescription for sickness but they did not help.

I wonder if it is the AB's? A lot of them can make you sick but that does not happen to me. Well there is a first time I suppose.

    How are you in yourself?

All the forms and letters have gone off to the DLA appeal, the Consultants letter is going direct to them, so it is fingers crossed now and wait and see what happens. Consultant told them that all of this is noth helping me and is in fact causing me even more health problems, both physical and mental, ie anxiety and depression

Maxolon and stemetil are on PX, both are v good and worth mentioning to the Dr next time, just to take as you need them. AB's can be horrid too, despite the good job they do.

In myself, well, a lot of pain, back, feet, knee, shoulders, arms, little red rashes appearing and skin splitting on my hands, I need shaking up. Won't be long before I see the Rheummy, week on Monday. Need to get to the bottom of it, I like a diagnosis, typical nurse, I want to know the far end of the field and back. Once I know, I can get on with it, but with so many symptoms, I just want some reasons to go with them. Hope I don't end up on yet another shed load of pills, I can barely remember what I am taking now and OH has to remind me where I am up to with them.

Thanks hun, it will go to the first Tier tribunal who can change the decision and the apeal stops there, or they can drag you in to face the panel. That would just about do me in, but welfare rights would come with me. Let's hope it does not get that far. They have all the information they could possibly want and need, two letters within two weeks from my Dr and Consultant, who are both seething with them, for ignoring their reports.

My hubby does mine for me now. I began to forget this and that so we thought it best.

I have done it myself for 30 years but as I get more things go wrong these days I tend to forget.

Safety wise it is best too. I have been on the Stemtils. Yes they gave them to me when I had to start having Oxycontin and Oxynorm for pain.

Me too, I get puddled and muddled, semetil is good, but it can make you sleepy as well, they use it for meniers disease as well, like vertigo, it is an antipsychotic drug actually, but it works well for sickness.
