There you go joan didnt know whether you wanted tea or coffee so I made both, I bet the little dogs keep you busy, we used to have a jack russel well it was my dads and when he died I took her in..and then we got a mongrel from the dogs home....but he just disappeared

Hi to all, haven't read back, just to say that we have made it and have survived! Got connection probs, apart from that all went well (I fell on a ladder, but that's another story).

I would love a large pineapple juice if there's any going.

I cannot have arti ones. I did walk when I lost one leg. But when I lost the other one they told me I would never walk again.

They are both above knee Jan. When it was just the one I even learned to drive.

Hi all not read back yet I'm in need of a large tea, Just done my food shop :roll: shouldn't moan really all I do is push the trolley and say I will have that and that and so on and whoever is with me puts it in trolley Have we all been enjoying this warm weather :?: because I'm finding it a bit too much :oops: I've got prickly heat rash all over my arms :oops:

Two of mine warn about being in the sun.

Where is Val tonight, has she been on FB? Worried where she is, I know she had headache last night and went to bed early, hope she is ok.

Hi Trish I can't sit in the sun because of my meds, I only went out to see if the washing was dry. Think I will have to start wearing factor 40
I've not seen Val on here or fb, jope she's okay.

I have looked back and Val did not come in here this morning, O I do hope she is not flaring again.

She has only just come back from her holiday. She said she felt so much better, I hope she is not ill.
