    Julie, I get a lot of muscle pain at times including very painful shins, but with me it's a side effect of the steroids. Now that the dose I am on is getting lower, the pain is becoming less and I am feeling less tired. It will take me about three more months to reduce the dose to where I should be.........that's if I make it this time, maybe third time lucky?

    Oh Val I've said and done some really embarrasing things in the past and I doubt I will change :lol:
    I once went shopping with my trousers on inside out :roll:
    One time my brother took me and my kids to see our parents (they were away in there caravan) I got out of the car and walked into the auwining and shouted get the kettle on only to find a group of strangers staring at me, all my family could see that I was going into the rong caravan but they were that busy laughing at me they couldn't say anything to me :roll:

    Hi I have got my lappy back.....julie I have those lollies in the freezer...your poor thing hope you are having a nice rest in bed wish my lappy would work upstairs.....jan are your legs easing...annie you just reminded me of when my sister in law came to visit...she was gob smacked that I didnt dust the top of the doors

    Just crawled in I'm not well. I 'm sweaqting a lot and cannot talk much have a cough and bad pains in my back.

    Will have a coffee and just sit here.

    Trish, have you got another chest infection?? Let's hope not. If you have a temp and your back is bad, nurse Bubbles is wanting to listen and see if there are any creps.........hugs to you.

    Julie, you make me laugh love, don't we all do the strangest of things. I was shopping with Mother, many years ago, we parted and looked in different windows, I then grabbed this womans arm and started walking away with her, thinking it was Mother........Big Ooops.

    We should have a pottering thread really, seeing as we have it down to a fine art. OH knows I am itching to fuss, ready for in laws coming, but has already said "I am doing it all in the morning"........trying to not potter now, which is difficult. I cannot sit for long either, or stand in one position.

    Evening, well ive had me acupuncture.
    I came straight home & crawled into my bed as it brought on some cronic neck & knee pain.I was also feeling a bit sick too but i did take some anti-sickies before i went.
    Since i got up ive been trying to lay on the sofa & have been struggling to get comfy.
    It didnt hurt,stung a little when the needles came out.
    we had a take away tonight as i havent felt up to doing anything & plan to be on strike all weekend :D
    Thanks to all that tagged along in my pocket in support. :D

    No problems Debs, it was the least we could do to give some moral support. f050.gif ....... it can make things seem more acute for a while, just like reflexology and other alternative treatments, so you need to rest and drink plenty too. You do right to rest for the week end. xxxx Bubbles
